Job Purpose As a Technical Project Lead, you will be responsible for delivering innovative, high-quality engineering solutions that drive customer satisfaction, loyalty, and exceptional consumer experience. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring quality execution across the delivery lifecycle of products and solutions, while fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within the team. Who You Are You bring 8–12+ years of experience in technical project delivery and leadership. You have a solution-oriented mindset with a strong understanding of Lean product development principles. You thrive in the fast-paced, highly productive environment of agile teams. You possess a strong UX sensibility and care deeply about product experience. You have 3+ years of experience in planning, prioritizing, and delivering on product roadmaps. Development Background & Good Communication skill You’re passionate about metrics, productivity, and efficiencies that continuously improve product delivery. You are adept at stakeholder management, working seamlessly with passionate and demanding partners. You’re ambitious and eager to grow with a company that’s on a rapid growth trajectory.
