About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled AI / ML Ops Engineer with a strong foundation in AI / ML engineering and DevOps practices. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AIOps platforms, cloud-native technologies, and advanced analytics to drive intelligent automation and operational efficiency across IT systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI / ML models for anomaly detection, incident prediction, and root cause analysis.
• Integrate AIOps solutions with monitoring tools such as Splunk, Datadog, Prometheus, and AppDynamics .
• Collaborate with SREs, DevOps, and IT teams to identify automation opportunities and operational pain points.
• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines to process logs, metrics, and events from diverse sources.
• Implement NLP techniques for log analysis and intelligent alert correlation.
• Apply time-series analysis, anomaly detection, and predictive modeling techniques.
• Continuously evaluate and retrain models to ensure optimal performance.
• Contribute to the development of dashboards and visualizations for actionable operational insights.
