Financial Reporting Analyst

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a finance associate located in Delhi, India. The candidate will oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end close processes. Responsibilities also include managing and handling client, and providing insights to support decision-making.

Qualifications

Experience with cloud-based accounting platforms such as QuickBooks Online, Xero, and NetSuite

Proficiency in bookkeeping, financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end close processes

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication skills for liaising with international clients

Ability to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations

Relevant qualifications such as CA, CPA, or equivalent

Experience in the accounting industry for US and UK businesses is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
