Lead Consultant - UiPath Development

Responsibilities :

• Develop automations using UiPath Studio with hands-on experience.
• Utilize UiPath Orchestrator for deploying, managing, and monitoring automations.
• Write scripts using VB.NET, C#, or other relevant languages for UiPath.
• Build, configure, test, and deploy UiPath automation scripts / bots.
• Work with UiPath Document Understanding to integrate document processing into automations.
• Leverage UiPath Process Mining for process discovery and analysis.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and maintain existing UiPath automations.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides for UiPath solutions.
• Participate in incident management and provide 24 / 7 support rotation as needed.
• Collaborate within a UiPath-focused team, proactively communicating progress and issues.
• Interface with business users, IT teams, and management to ensure alignment and issue resolution.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for all high and critical severity incidents.
• Perform RCA for recurring issues and propose long-term solutions.
• Apply code fixes to resolve incidents where applicable.
• Monitor system health regularly (e.g., disk space, server capacity) and recommend improvements.
• Keep support handbooks and other documents up to date.
• Update the knowledge base and SOPs (e.g., SharePoint) with new solutions and best practices.
