About the Opportunity

We are expanding our online learning library and are looking for trainers who already have existing training materials in the form of PPTs, videos, manuals, guides, or structured content. Our team will convert your material into high-quality eLearning modules (SCORM / Rise 360). You simply provide your content — we handle the rest. This opportunity is ideal for trainers who want to monetize their existing content and reach wider learners in India and the Middle East.

Who We Are Looking For :

Professionals who already have training content in any one of the following areas :

Quality & Management Systems based on topics like ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IMS, Lean Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC

Leadership & Behavioural Skills based on topics like Leadership Essentials, Emotional Intelligence, Business Communication, Conflict Management, Growth Mindset

Manufacturing & Technical based on topics like EV / BESS / Automotive Basics, Problem Solving (8D, RCA, PDCA), Shopfloor Skills, Safety / EHS, Technical skill-based modules

HR & Soft Skills based on topics like Interviewing, Teamwork, Supervisory Development, Presentation Skills

If you have strong content in any related area, we are interested.

Role Expectations

Provide existing training content (PPTs, PDFs, videos, scripts, manuals, notes)

Brief our instructional design team as needed

Assist in contextualization for India & Middle East (if required)

Approve the final eLearning version
