Associate - Enterprise Technology(Architecture)

Key Responsibilities Enterprise Architecture & Solution Design :

• Support the creation of enterprise architecture frameworks across application, data, and infrastructure layers;
• contribute to solution design and technology roadmaps;
• evaluate current-state vs. target-state architectures and define transition strategies;

establish architecture standards, principles, and best practices while maintaining detailed documentation.

Collaboration & Advisory :

build internal enablement assets such as templates, playbooks, and reference models.

Innovation & Research :

contribute to IP development and assist in creating diagnostic tools with team leads.

Communication & Leadership :

seek and provide constructive feedback, supporting both personal and team development.
