Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of campus / early-careers hiring experience in India (preferably product / tech / GCC).
- Proven multi-city campus execution and high-volume drive management.
- Strong storytelling & stakeholder management; comfort with dashboards and data.
- Experience running hackathons, ambassador programs, or return-offer playbooks (it’s a plus).
- Exposure to skill-based / AI-assisted assessments and structured interviews (it’s a plus).
- Experience hiring across multiple functions (engineering, analytics, finance, supply chain) (it’s a plus).
What you’ll do
Campus Strategy :Build annual India campus plan; map roles to supply pools; own headcount allocation.
Branding & Engagement :Drive on-campus & virtual events; manage EVP for Gen-Z; run ambassador and internship programs.
Hiring Operations :Manage role briefs, assessments, interview drives, offers, pre-joining, and onboarding in partnership with the HR team.
