The Business Insights Leader will drive the future of data-driven decision-making across global Marketing and Sales organizations.
This high-impact role involves owning analytics, forecasting, and advanced modeling to optimize revenue growth, marketing efficiency, and pipeline strategy.
Key Responsibilities :
- Define a Global Analytics Ecosystem , partner with engineering to enhance data pipelines, and establish data governance standards.
- Manage End-to-End Funnel Reporting , identify inefficiencies in the funnel, and design data-backed solutions.
- Lead Global Forecasting Processes , build ML / statistical models, and run scenario simulations.
- Apply ML / AI Frameworks to optimize lead scoring, churn prediction, and customer lifetime value.
- Act as Analytical Partner to global Marketing & Sales leadership, present insights in executive-ready formats, and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Design Real-Time Executive Dashboards , build scalable BI assets, and empower teams with self-serve analytics.
- Conduct Deep-Dive Analyses on campaign effectiveness, regional pipeline trends, and sales productivity, and deliver rapid-turnaround insights.
Requirements :
8+ years in Business Insights, Marketing Analytics, or Marketing Operations.Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI, Salesforce, and CRM platforms.Familiarity with MarTech stacks, attribution tools, and marketing automation platforms.Experience applying ML / AI for marketing, including lead scoring, churn modeling, and campaign ROI prediction.Additional Benefits :
A strong understanding of SaaS GTM models, marketing funnels, CAC / LTV frameworks, and revenue attribution. Experience designing and measuring ROI, CAC payback, and LTV models, preferred working in US-based multinational SaaS or B2B organizations.
