• We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant with hands-on experience in the manufacturing sector.
• The ideal candidate will oversee financial operations, ensure compliance, and drive cost-efficiency across production cycles. This role demands a deep understanding of industrial accounting, taxation, and financial Accounting & Reporting :
• Prepare and present financial statements in compliance with IGAAP.
• Monitor day-to-day accounting operations including AP / AR, payroll, and inventory valuation.
• Ensure timely month-end and year-end & Compliance :
• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.
• Ensure compliance with local and national tax regulations.
• Liaise with auditors and regulatory & Management Accounting :
• Analyze production costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Implement standard costing and variance analysis.
• Support budgeting and forecasting aligned with manufacturing & Internal Controls :
• Conduct internal audits to assess financial and operational risks.
• Strengthen internal control systems across departments.
• Ensure accurate asset capitalization and depreciation Financial Planning :
• Assist in CAPEX planning and ROI analysis for new projects.
• Evaluate financial feasibility of expansion or automation initiatives.
• Support decision-making with financial modeling and scenario & Skills :
• Chartered Accountant (CA) / Cost & Management Accountant (CMA) mandatory.
• 4-6 years of relevant experience in Finance & Cost Accounting (preferably in Manufacturing, Chemical, Ethanol FMCG, Automotive, or similar sectors).
• Strong knowledge of Cost Accounting Standards, Ind AS / IFRS, and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, or similar).
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business acumen.
