Join Open Systems as a Business Operations Specialist
Your Mission :
Join us as a Business Operations Specialist and play a key role in shaping seamless connections between our providers and internal teams. The ideal candidate will manage the preparation of quotations, contract formation, negotiation support, invoicing, and operational coordination. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in all processes.
Our Connectivity Department serves as the crucial interface between Internet Service Providers and our customers, ensuring a highly automated, efficient, and modern approach to global network operations.
Your roles & Responsibilities :
- Prepare and manage order forms, customer quotations, contracts, and other documentation to support the Business Manager and overall operational efficiency.
- Act as an Order Form Specialist, ensuring all details are accurate, complete, and aligned with internal requirements.
- Provide administrative sales support, including documentation management, coordination, and process follow-ups.
- Ensure Asana tasks and workflows are properly managed, updated, and completed within timelines.
- Handle invoice-related activities, including checking, sharing, and compiling invoices in coordination with the Finance team.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Finance, and Implementation for smooth operational flow.
- Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and contribute to maintaining accuracy and consistency across processes.
- Support the Business Manager with operational tasks—excluding bid management—to enhance team productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and streamline operational processes to improve efficiency and overall customer experience.
Your Profile :
A positive and proactive work attitude, strong attention to detail, and a collaborative mindsetA bachelor's or master's degree in business administrations, Economics, or similar.2–4 years of experience in B2B sales operations or a similar role. (In telecommunications a strong plus)Strong understanding of quotation, contract, and invoicing processes.Proficiency in Excel & Word, Salesforce & Dynamics (great plus)Fluency in English (spoken & written)Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.What we offer :
