Senior Engineer - Identity and Access Management (IAM).

We’re building the backbone of secure authentication and authorization that powers millions of users worldwide. Our IAM platform enables seamless, scalable, and secure access to a vast ecosystem of services - fostering collaboration, innovation, and trust.

What You’ll Do :

  • Architect & Optimize Authentication Standards – Build and enhance protocols like OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, and SCIM.
  • Develop Scalable IAM Components – Deliver high-performance services for authentication, authorization, and user management.
  • Drive Innovation – Advance RBAC / ABAC models, session lifecycle management, and enterprise onboarding experiences.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Partner with product, design, and platform teams to deliver secure, user-first APIs.
  • Mentor & Lead – Share expertise, champion best practices, and shape our technical strategy.

What We’re Looking For :

  • 6+ years in building complex, distributed applications at scale.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, React.js , and strong knowledge of web fundamentals (HTTP, REST, WebSockets, etc.).
  • Expertise in databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar) with a focus on performance and reliability.
  • Bonus : Hands-on IAM and authentication protocol experience (OAuth, SAML, OIDC, RBAC, ABAC).
  • A collaborative, growth-oriented mindset with a passion for solving high-impact problems.
