We are expanding aggressively in the quick commerce space through partnerships with Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, and Zepto , and are looking for a dynamic professional to streamline operations and ensure strong fill rates across platforms.

Role Overview : The Supply Chain Specialist – Quick Commerce will be responsible for ensuring product availability, timely replenishment, and operational excellence across all quick commerce platforms. The role requires close coordination with internal teams, warehouses, and platform category managers to maintain high fill rates, low ageing inventory, and zero stockouts.

Key Responsibilities : Inventory & Order Management

Manage day-to-day operations for Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, and Zepto .

Ensure timely replenishment and maintain >

95% fill rate across all SKUs.

Track platform stock levels and coordinate with warehouses for dispatch planning.

Manage order processing, dispatch accuracy, and ensure on-time deliveries.

Monitor expiry dates, ageing stock, and stock rotations to minimize wastage.

Coordination & Communication

Liaise with category teams at platforms for order forecasts, stock updates, and visibility planning.

Work closely with sales, logistics, and warehouse teams to align inventory flow with demand.

Communicate daily replenishment and fulfilment status to key account and marketing teams.

Data & Reporting

Maintain daily stock trackers, fill rate dashboards, and platform-wise sales reports .

Analyze supply trends and highlight gaps or potential out-of-stock risks.

Provide weekly and monthly MIS reports on operational performance.

Process Improvement

Identify bottlenecks in the supply chain and suggest process improvements.

Work on optimizing dispatch cycles, lead times, and demand forecasting accuracy .

Support in setting up new product listings and platform onboarding processes.

Requirements : Graduate in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or Business Administration .

2–3 years of experience in supply chain, preferably handling quick commerce or FMCG.

Strong understanding of inventory management, demand planning, and order fulfilment systems .

Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets (knowledge of ERP systems is a plus).

Excellent coordination, communication, and analytical skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
