Job Summary
This role is responsible for the recruitment of IT professionals in the US market. With a focus on building strong pipelines and delivering quality candidates, this position requires expertise in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Build and maintain strong pipelines of IT professionals through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Collaborate with account managers and clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver top talent.
- Provide regular recruitment trackers and reports for client updates.
Required skills and qualifications include 4+ years of experience in US IT recruitment, strong familiarity with TCS Implementation, and in-depth knowledge of US staffing processes.
