Job Overview

As a Management Associate, you&aposll collaborate closely with our management team to oversee Cohort operations, from organizing sessions with top-tier Mentors to process optimisation.

Roles and Responsibilities :

Efficient Operations : Manage end-to-end learning programs for 100+

participants.

Record Keeping & Moderation : Maintain participant records & moderate

Industry Level speaker sessions.

Program Enhancement Ideation : Generate ideas for program quality

improvement and coordinate with Core Heads of Metvy.

Prompt Participant Support : Address participant queries promptly.

Required Skills :

Leadership and team management skills.

Good communication skills

Effectual time and Project Management skills.
