Job Description
1. Client Relationship Management
- Build, nurture, and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Understand clients’ financial needs, risk profiles, and investment objectives to provide customized equity solutions.
2. Advisory & Portfolio Management
Provide clients with research-backed investment advice in equities, derivatives, and other market-linked products.Regularly review client portfolios and recommend rebalancing strategies to maximize returns and manage risks.Stay updated with market trends, company reports, and global economic indicators to provide timely advice.3. Client Acquisition & Business Development
Identify and acquire new clients through referrals, networking, and leads.Work towards achieving sales and revenue targets for equity products and services.Conduct client meetings, presentations, and investment awareness sessions.4. Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure all client transactions and advisory activities comply with SEBI guidelines and internal policies.Maintain accurate documentation and records of client interactions and investment recommendations.Monitor and mitigate potential risks associated with client portfoliosRequirements
Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.NISM certifications (Equity Derivatives, Research Analyst) – Mandatory.4 – 7 years of experience in equity dealing, wealth management, or relationship management.Strong knowledge of equity markets and investment products.Excellent communication, client-handling, and analytical skills.Research exp of 5 yearsDemonstrated stakeholder management skills esp of HN worth clientele.Portfolio management exp of atleast 5 years
