Job Profile :
We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused product lead to drive the full product lifecycle - from problem identification to go-to-market execution. The ideal candidate will blend customer empathy with data-driven decision-making to build impactful and scalable products.
He / she will oversee and lead the end-to-end product lifecycle. This leadership role will focus on enhancing user experience-particularly streamlining user onboarding-while driving innovation, growth, and product-market fit across our B2B and B2C offerings.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lookafter all aspects of the product lifecycle : problem definition, product strategy, roadmap development, and execution.
- Prioritize and streamline the user onboarding journey to reduce friction and improve conversion.
- Translate high-level product strategy into detailed requirements, specs, user stories, and prototypes.
- Write clear, comprehensive and actionable product specifications to guide engineering and cross-functional teams.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs (both B2B and B2C), identify product gaps, and surface opportunities for innovation and revenue growth.
- Conduct competitive analysis and identify opportunities to differentiate our offerings.
- Use data-driven insights on product decisions and support ongoing product development.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, and Sales Teams to deliver products on time, within scope, and aligned with company goals.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to drive app downloads, user acquisition, and engagement.
- Own and monitor key product metrics, continuously iterating to improve performances and outcomes.
