This role is for
experienced healthcare recruiters with a documented history of supporting
U.S.-based staffing agencies
and successfully placing :
Registered Nurses (RNs)
Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)
Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
Allied Health Professionals
The ideal candidate has :
At least
2 years
of recent, hands-on experience placing these professionals in U.S. assignments.
A proactive, resourceful mindset — you don’t just post jobs and wait; you build pipelines.
Comfort using advanced sourcing tools, Boolean searches, social media outreach, and AI to uncover hard-to-find talent.
Strong closing skills to guide candidates from first contact to successful placement.
Key Responsibilities
Source, screen, and recruit qualified healthcare professionals for U.S. assignments.
Build and maintain candidate pipelines using creative sourcing strategies.
Manage the
full recruitment lifecycle
— from outreach to offer acceptance and onboarding.
Work directly with
MSP / VMS job orders , ensuring timely submissions and competitive candidate presentations.
Collaborate closely with the team to meet client staffing needs.
Negotiate offers and ensure smooth transitions into assignments.
Required Qualifications
Minimum
2 years
of recent experience recruiting U.S.-based healthcare professionals for a staffing agency.
Track record of placing
RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and Allied Health Professionals .
Direct MSP / VMS experience
managing and fulfilling job orders.
Proficiency in sourcing methods beyond job postings — including Boolean searches, resume databases, and social media outreach.
Ability to leverage AI tools to enhance recruitment efficiency.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume healthcare staffing environment.
Documented history of staffing healthcare roles.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
