Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop Power BI Reports / Dashboards :
• Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI based on business requirements.
• Ensure visualizations are user-friendly and provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Data Integration, Transformation & Modelling :
• Connect Power BI to various data sources (SQL, Excel, SharePoint, APIs, other cloud-based data sources) and perform necessary data transformations using Power Query Editor.
• Hands on Experience in Star and Snowflake schemas and model the data in Power BI as per best practices.
• Performance Optimization :
• Optimize Power BI reports and data models for better performance, including managing data refresh and query optimization.
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance-related issues in reports.
• Collaboration with Stakeholders :
• Work with business users to understand their reporting needs and deliver solutions that meet those requirements.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and ensure the final product aligns with business goals.
• Continuous Improvement :
• Stay updated on the latest Power BI features and best practices.
• Suggest and implement improvements to existing reports and processes based on feedback and evolving business needs.
