Job descriptionStrong proficiency in Core Java , Java 8+ , and OOP principles Deep experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security) Solid understanding of RESTful APIs , JSON , and web services Experience with Microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) Familiarity with CI / CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.) Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Experience with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ) Knowledge of front-end technologies (React, Angular) is a plus Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field

🔹 Role Overview :
We are looking for a seasoned Java Developer with 6–12 years of hands-on experience in designing and building scalable, high-performance applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java and related technologies, and a proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade solutions. This role demands technical leadership, collaboration, and a passion for clean, maintainable code.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of Java-based applications
- Architect and implement robust, scalable backend systems using Spring Boot and microservices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, and DevOps
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers
- Optimize application performance and ensure high availability
- Integrate third-party APIs and services
- Maintain documentation and contribute to technical standards and best practices
- Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements
