About the Role :
We are looking for an experienced Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) SME / Developer Support professional to join our Marketing Technology (MarTech) team. This role will focus on implementing, configuring, optimizing, and supporting customer journeys across digital channels, leveraging the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem.
You will play a key role in designing journey workflows, personalizing customer experiences, and enabling multi-channel orchestration across Email, Web, Mobile, Push & In-App touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities :
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
- Provide hands-on developer support and configuration for multi-channel journeys.
- Design, execute, and optimize journey sequencing across Email, Web, Mobile, Push, and In-App.
- Implement personalization & decisioning logic to enhance customer engagement.
- Manage batch & blast / lights-on campaign execution with consistency & governance.
- Collaborate with data, analytics, and campaign teams for journey accuracy & performance.
- Integrate AJO with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Target.
- Support and enable A / B testing and experimentation as AJO evolves to replace Target.
- Monitor journey performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide production support.
- Maintain campaign governance, workflow documentation, and implementation best practices.
- Build scalable journey components and improve journey execution efficiencies.
Must-Have Skills :
Strong experience in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and / or Adobe Campaign / Adobe Target.Ability to configure and support multi-channel customer journeys.Experience with Email, Web, Mobile, Push, and In-App channels.Hands-on expertise in personalization & decisioning logic.Strong understanding of segmentation, audiences & customer profiles.Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Data, Analytics).Troubleshooting and technical debugging skills for journey flows.Good to Have :
