purpose of the job
As an Team Lead, you will create and drive the programs and processes that help us find,
hire and develop the best talent in the world. You will directly manage, coach and develop team
members and provide day-to-day supervision. You will monitor and assist team members in a
matrix based environment to ensure the client requirements are met. Develop and maintain a
positive working relationship with the onsite partners and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Help meet established schedules or resolve technical or operational problemsProvide support and collaborate with onshore partners and clientsCoordinate and facilitate all employee on-boarding activitiesAssess and audit quality of work according to established metrics, goals and expectedPerformance levels for all team members;provide feedback and coaching as needed in partnership with manager
Identify areas of process improvement and provide recommendations to streamline efficienciesAct as first point of contact for escalations - investigate root causes and providerecommended next stepsCollaborate on special projectsMay act as a consultative partner who appropriately manages expectations andCommunicates process / project plans and timelinesMeet or exceed assigned daily / weekly account goalsRegularly monitor and motivate team to meet performance scorecard to ensure all SLAs andKPIs are being metAct as gatekeeper for process documentation and assist manager with reportingEnsure that requisition activity is properly documented including candidate disposition to meetcompliance and SLA / KPI trackingMaintain working knowledge of RSR and other up-to-date recruiting methodologiesAct as backup to manager in communicating with client and team membersPosition Requirements :
Strong customer focus and customer service skillsDegree holder with 4+ years experience in Recruitment, Sourcing .Experience in EMEA sourcingShould have at least 1-2 years of experience managing a team of 15-18 team members and excellent stakeholder management.Excellent communication, multitasking and organizational skillsExperience in researching complex issues and developing recommended actionsStrong analytical skills, a data-driven approach to decision making and a systems-thinking style when problem solvingPossess strong interpersonal skills and some ability to analyze, explain, and draw logical conclusions from operational, financial, regulatory and / or business dataTrack record of high achievementDemonstrated success working on teamsExperience describing and documenting specific requirementsSuperior consulting, leadership, management, and mentoring skillsAbility to take direction and execute a planMust be detail oriented with a concern for quality expressed by continually initiating system and process improvements
