We are seeking an experienced Sr. Manager / Head of Copy Strategy to lead and manage the development of high-quality content for our clients across a wide range of industries. As a service provider, this role is responsible for creating strategic, on-brand messaging for clients' marketing campaigns, communications, and digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with extensive experience in content strategy and copywriting, along with a proven ability to drive results and manage client relationships effectively.

Key Responsibilities
Client-Focused Copy Strategy : Develop customized copy strategies that align with each client's brand, goals, and target audience. Create content frameworks for campaigns, websites, social media, emails, and more, ensuring a cohesive voice and messaging across all channels.
Team Leadership and Client Management : Lead a team of copywriters, content creators, and editors, providing guidance and mentorship while ensuring the team's output meets client expectations. Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding all copy-related matters.
Client Engagement and Communication : Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their business needs, offering strategic recommendations, and delivering high-quality content solutions. Regularly meet with clients to review progress and present copy strategies.
Creative Direction : Work alongside creative and design teams to ensure that all copy aligns with the overall campaign direction, brand voice, and visual elements. Provide creative direction for content development and maintain brand consistency across client deliverables.
Custom Content Development : Oversee the development of compelling content for a variety of client touchpoints including websites, blogs, social media, ads, press releases, newsletters, and internal communications.
Campaign and Project Oversight : Manage the copy development process from concept to delivery. Ensure that all content is developed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction, while aligning with strategic goals.
Content Optimization : Use analytics and performance metrics to continually optimize and refine content strategies for clients. Conduct A / B testing and adjust messaging to maximize engagement, conversion, and ROI.
Brand Alignment : Ensure that all copy maintains consistency with the client's brand guidelines, tone of voice, and overarching messaging strategy. Work with clients to evolve their brand voice where necessary.
Scriptwriting for Movies & TVCs : Lead the development and creation of compelling scripts for movies, TVCs, and other video content. Ensure the tone, style, and messaging align with brand objectives and resonate with the target audience.
Trend Monitoring and Innovation : Stay updated on the latest trends in content marketing, SEO, and copywriting to provide clients with cutting-edge, relevant strategies. Offer innovative content solutions that give clients a competitive edge.
Qualifications and Experience
Education : Bachelor's degree in English, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications in content strategy or marketing is a plus.
Experience : Minimum of 15-20 years of experience in content strategy, copywriting, or creative services, with at least 10 years in a client-facing leadership role. Experience working with external clients in an agency or consultancy environment is strongly preferred.
Government Experience : Proven track record of developing and executing content strategies for government or public sector projects. Familiarity with public sector communication protocols and the ability to navigate the unique challenges of government-related content development.
