Job descriptionOutbound calls and generating sales qualified leads Ask pertinent questions to understand the lead and nudge them forward in the presales process. Take responsibility for the entire sales qualification life cycle for your assigned leads. Cold calls, follow-ups, lead qualification, and management fall under this category. Maintaining a detailed database of all the interactions with the leads and providing constant feedback on the quality of the leads to the respective team. Meeting weekly and monthly targets. Possibility of Advancement : BDAs have the opportunity to progress into leadership roles upon demonstrating exceptional performance and leadership qualities. Strategic Market Research : Conducting in-depth market research and analysis to pinpoint emerging trends, potential opportunities, and areas for growth. Comprehensive Sales Support : Providing valuable assistance to the sales team by generating leads, delivering persuasive presentations, and crafting compelling proposals to drive revenue. Competitive Compensation Package : Offering a competitive base salary complemented by attractive incentives such as performance-based bonuses or commissions, motivating BDAs to excel in their roles. Recognition and Rewards Program : Implementing a robust system of recognition and rewards that celebrates both individual and team achievements, fostering a culture of appreciation and motivation within the organization. Salary CTC : Earn upto 5 LPA (3 LPA Fixed + Performance-Based incentives) Native speaker of Bengali Good proficiency in English is an added advantage. Work from Home 6-Day Week

- A Lead Qualification Associate with excellent Bengali Communication skills (written and verbal), interpersonal abilities along with good proficiency in English
- People with a systematic approach to building sales funnels, tracking feedback, prioritizing tasks, and consistently exceeding targets within the deadlines
- A sales mindset to effectively communicate about high-paying Career opportunities to its prospective learners and drive sales qualified leads
