Job descriptionThe candidate should have experience in Test automation framework development using Python. 7+years in test automation and 3+years in Python. Experience in developing and maintaining test automation frameworks. Hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, PyTest, Robot Framework). Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment (CI / CD) pipelines. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Knowledge of software testing methodologies, including functional, regression, and performance testing. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Our Client, a Leading Global Specialist in Energy Management and Automation is seeking a highly skilled Python Developer to join our team, focusing on test automation. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining test automation frameworks, writing Python scripts for automated testing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest quality in testing processes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, maintain, and enhance robust test automation frameworks.
- Write and maintain Python scripts to automate test cases and workflows.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues within the test automation frameworks and scripts.
- Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure quality and efficiency in testing processes.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices in coding, automation, and testing standards.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of test automation strategies and processes.
- Support integration of automation scripts with CI / CD pipelines.
