Must have skills : Google DialogflowCX with Python, SQL.

Good to have skills : Data Science, Machine Learning, GenAI

Professional & Technical Skills :

Proficiency and hands on experience on Google DialogflowCX, Playbook, Genesys Cloud CX , Conversational AI , Chat Bot Development, NLP, Text Analytics, Python, SQL.

Proven experience in Data science, machine learning, Gen AI is a good to have skill.

Good Client handling skills; able to demonstrate thought leadership & problem-solving skills.
