Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled SAP CO Consultant to join our team and support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP Controlling processes. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP CO sub-modules and will work closely with finance, IT, and business teams to ensure cost-effective and compliant controlling practices.

Key Responsibilities :

Gather and analyze business requirements related to controlling and financial reporting.

Configure SAP CO sub-modules such as :

Cost Center Accounting (CCA)

Internal Orders

Profit Center Accounting (PCA)

Product Costing (PC)

Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)

Support and optimize integration with SAP FI, MM, SD, PP modules.

Design and implement cost structures, planning, and budgeting tools .

Participate in SAP S / 4HANA migration and upgrades, if applicable.

Create functional specifications for custom developments and reports.

Perform unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support .

Provide end-user training and support during and after go-live.

Troubleshoot issues and resolve SAP CO incidents and service requests.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field.

5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP CO configuration and support.

Deep knowledge of controlling processes and financial integration.

Experience with cost planning, variance analysis , and CO-PA reporting.

Familiarity with SAP FICO integration points.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Experience with SAP S / 4HANA is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications :

SAP CO Certification.

Experience in global rollouts or multi-country implementations.
