Overview :

The Processor – HRM is a resource with required level of expertise, responsible to handle employee data updation (Hire, Job Data Changes / Personal Data Changes / Termination etc.) per standard operating procedures and 100% accuracy. The resource is responsible for workflow management for resolving employee / customer issues. He / she works with the respective managers to identify process improvements by identifying issues, process delays, and quality problems and display ownership in executing corresponding solutions.
