Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering 1–5 years of site / civil land planning and engineering experience Proficiency in MicroStation and / or AutoCAD is a Plus Strong English communication (verbal & written) Self-motivated, detail-oriented, strong organizational skills Experience with U.S. or Maryland land development projects (preferred, not required)
Location : Bangalore / Hyderabad
Studio Chintala is seeking Civil Engineers (1–5 years’ experience) to join our growing Land Development team. You’ll support U.S.-based projects in land development and site / civil engineering , working closely with senior engineers and project managers in both India and the U.S.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare land development & site civil construction drawings / documents (roads, utilities, grading, drainage, erosion control)
- Assist in zoning, preliminary, and concept land development plans
- Work on site grading, stormwater management, and safety design under senior guidance
- Draft soil erosion & sediment control plans (BMPs, swales, spillways, sequences)
- Prepare water & sewer plans per U.S. local agency requirements
- Research standards / codes and respond to agency review comments
- Collaborate with senior engineers, project managers, and multidisciplinary teams
