Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Outside Sales Account Executive located in Bengaluru. The primary responsibilities include identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, conducting sales presentations, generating leads, and managing accounts effectively for the private sector. The role requires meeting or exceeding sales targets, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored solutions while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Collaboration with the Operations Team to support client requirements is also a critical part of the role.

Qualifications

Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to drive growth and identify opportunities.

Proficiency in Sales Presentations and the ability to communicate value propositions effectively.

Experience in Account Management and maintaining long-term relationships with clients.

Experience in ensuring Customer Satisfaction by addressing client needs and resolving issues.

Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Experience in outside sales in the similar industry of house keeping / facility manegement, staffing solutions, paint / wood / office furniture and allied industries is preferred.

Proven experience of 1-3 years in business acquisition with desired results is required In a similar role is advantageous.
