Our organization is seeking a Short-Term Forecasting Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Workforce Management department, you will play a vital role in predicting near-future staffing needs by analyzing historical data and current trends.

This critical role involves accurately scheduling employees to meet anticipated stakeholder demand within a short time frame, focusing on daily or weekly timeframes. Your primary responsibilities will include :

• Monitoring call volume, average handle time, and other relevant metrics to generate accurate short-term forecasts
• Identifying potential fluctuations in demand and adjusting staffing levels accordingly to optimize service levels while managing labor costs

Key Responsibilities :

Forecasting Model Creation :

You will utilize Workforce Management software to build and maintain short-term forecasting models, adjusting parameters based on current trends and seasonal fluctuations.

Communication and Collaboration :
