Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking / EC Time Off implementation.
• Deep understanding of Time Valuation, Absence Management, Accruals, and Work Schedules.
• Minimum 2 full life cycle SuccessFactors implementation experience
• Good understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management processes in global organization
• Familiarity with SAP EC Integration, Payroll Interface, and Time Sheet Management.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
