Key Responsibilities
Acquire new NRI clients and build long-term relationships.
Cross-sell banking and investment products (liabilities, assets, forex, insurance, mutual funds).
Ensure accurate documentation, KYC, and RBI compliance for NRI accounts.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery.
Address customer queries promptly and maintain high satisfaction levels.
Track performance metrics and prepare MIS reports.
Qualifications & Experience
Graduate / Postgraduate (Finance / Commerce preferred).
2–6 years of experience in NRI banking, wealth management, or retail liabilities.
Certifications like NISM, AMFI, IRDA preferred.
Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of NRI products and regulatory requirements.
Target-driven with a customer-centric approach.
