Role Overview :
We are seeking an energetic and performance-driven Team Leader - Sales & Operations to lead our sales team, manage daily business operations, and drive revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a target-oriented mindset, and the ability to manage both people and processes effectively.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and student enrollments.
- Oversee daily operational activities to ensure smooth business functioning.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback.
- Collaborate with marketing, academic, and operations teams for seamless coordination.
- Analyze sales data and prepare performance and forecasting reports.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and handle escalations efficiently.
- Maintain process compliance and ensure team adherence to organizational policies.
Requirements :
5+ years of experience in Sales, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or team management role.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a sales pipeline.Strong understanding of operations management and workflow optimization.Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.Experience in the EdTech, Education, or Service industry preferred.Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.What We Offer :
