Role : Senior Media Buyer | D2C Digital Advertising Specialist

Salary Range : Starting 40k (Can be negotiated if we like you)

Location : Currently Remote

We're on the hunt for an exceptional Senior Media Buyer to join our dynamic team and spearhead performance-driven digital advertising strategies for our diverse portfolio of Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) clients. If you're a seasoned media buying professional with a passion for transforming data into actionable insights and a proven track record of maximizing ROI, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do :

  • Develop and Execute : Design, implement, and manage highly effective digital advertising campaigns tailored to D2C client objectives, with a primary focus on Meta (Facebook) and Instagram Ads Manager.
  • Data-Driven Insights : Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, uncover insights, and provide strategic recommendations to improve campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Budget Management : Strategically allocate and manage advertising budgets across various platforms and campaigns to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Reporting & Communication : Prepare and present comprehensive performance reports to clients, clearly articulating campaign results, insights, and future strategies. Seamless communication with clients is a must.
  • Team Player : Lead a team of 3-5 people and drive them to achieve mutual targets.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve : Continuously research and implement the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital advertising, particularly within the D2C space and Meta / Instagram ecosystems.

What You'll Bring :

  • Experience : 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital advertising, with a significant portion dedicated to D2C client campaigns.
  • Platform Expertise : Proven expert-level proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and Instagram Ads Manager, including advanced targeting, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization techniques.
  • Analytical Prowess : Exceptional data analysis skills with the ability to translate complex data sets into clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and confidently to both internal teams and clients.
  • Problem-Solving : Resourceful and proactive in identifying challenges and developing effective solutions.
  • Tool Proficiency : Experience with advanced analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM data, attribution models) is a strong plus.
