Experienced, New Graduate & Senior Speech Pathologists – Perth
PSG Healthcare is partnering with a values-driven not-for-profit organisation to recruit Speech Pathologists to support NDIS participants across Perth.

About the Organisation & the Role

Strong focus on employee development and career progression
Deliver high-quality, client-centred speech pathology services supporting individuals to achieve their goals and improve quality of life
Work collaboratively with clients, families, multidisciplinary teams, and external stakeholders across home, community, and clinic settings
Conduct evidence-based speech pathology assessments and develop tailored intervention plans
Provide recommendations across early childhood intervention, communication supports, augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), swallowing programs, and therapeutic strategies
Prepare clear and timely clinical documentation and reports, including progress updates and recommendations for future supports
Contribute to a holistic, team-based approach through shared planning, knowledge exchange, and problem-solving
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practice, research, and NDIS speech pathology service delivery
Work in line with professional standards, organisational policies, and clinical guidelines
Actively uphold and demonstrate organisational values in all aspects of practice

What You’ll Need
Valid Australian driver’s licence
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
Passion for working within the NDIS sector
