About the job :

Job Title : Associate Software Engineer (Flutter)

Experience : 1 Year

Location : Mohali

Job Summary :

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Flutter Developer with 1 year of hands-on experience in building mobile applications.

Youll be working closely with our development team to design and develop high-quality cross-platform mobile apps using Flutter.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist in designing and building advanced mobile applications using Flutter
Collaborate with the design and backend teams to integrate APIs and ensure smooth UI / UX
Debug and resolve technical issues or bugs
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in mobile development
Proactively enhance cross-platform development capabilities by learning and adapting to additional technologies as needed by the team or project requirements.

Required Skills :

6 months to 1 year of experience in Flutter development

Understanding of Dart language, OOP concepts, and widget lifecycle and Flutter architecture

Exposure to state management (Provider, Riverpod, or BLoC).

Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Firebase, and packages & plugins

Knowledge of version control systems like Git

Good problem-solving and analytical skills

Strong understanding of mobile app development lifecycle

Nice To Have :

Exposure to Flutter Web or app deployment on Play Store / App Store.

Knowledge of app deployment on the Play Store or App Store

Knowledge of native Android / iOS development is a plus.

Exposure to AI integrations and AI development tools.

Familiarity with MVVM or clean architecture.

A mindset of continuous learning and interest in exploring new technologies beyond Flutter.

Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Relevant certifications in mobile app development will be an advantage
