We are seeking a skilled MFT Developer with expertise in IBM Sterling Integrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining file transfer solutions using IBM Sterling Integrator to meet the business needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Strong knowledge in working with IBM Managed file transfer and monitoring tools –
Sterling Integrator, Sterling Control Center, Sterling File Gateway, Sterling Connect Direct
Experience with different file transfer protocols SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS ,Connect Direct .
Knowledge of B2B / MFT concepts, technologies, best practices, standards, and architectures within the IBM Sterling Integrator.
Development of IBM Sterling B2B Integrator business processes using BPML and XPath using IBM Graphical Process Modeling tool (GPM) or text editor.
Experienced in managed file transfer cloud Solutions, especially on AWS.
Basic experience , programming experience in Linux , Python
Good in troubleshooting and analyzing using Troubleshooting tools
Should be self-starter and team player in solving issues and mentoring other team players
Automation and Continuous improvement support
Good Communication Skills and able to independently handle tasks
Requirement gathering skills
Familiarity with : - ServiceNow, CyberArk, Active Directory, Bitbucket etc.
Required Qualifications
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
2-3 years of implementation, support, and / or design experience with Managed File Transfer services.
Strong attention to detail and with ability to focus on quality and efficiency.
Ability to communicate and articulate technical information across various organizational levels.
Highly innovative problem solver with strong analytical and customer service abilities required.
High reasoning aptitude and ability to quickly understand complex operating environments.
Strong thought leadership and motivation with the ability to work independently
Ability to work in a diverse multi-national and multi-vendor environment
