Executive Assistant (Immediate Start)

Looking for an Executive Assistant for a prominent Vedic Scholar and a Holistic Coach.

Role and responsibilities :

Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks for the Vedic Scholar

Manage an extremely active calendar of appointments

Taking calls from clients. Effective and timely communication with clients through calls and social media while

maintaining good relationship at all times with all customers

Content writing for workshops / seminars

Composing and preparing email and other correspondence that is confidential

Arranging travel plans, itineraries, and agendas for the meetings

Prioritises conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures

Skill Requirements :

Educational Qualification :

Graduate in any discipline, preferably arts or humanities

Minimum of 1 or 2 years work experience in any organisation

Working knowledge on MS office

Language - English, Malayalam / Tamil, Hindi

Others :

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Organisational skills

Sense of urgency

Data entry

Networking and socialising

Added Advantages :

Social Networking skills

Knowledge of Sanskrit and / or any other Sastras of Sanatana Dharma

Designing skills - creating brochures, flyers etc.

Basic editing skills (videos and documents)
