Job descriptionSaaS Experience : Proven experience in selling SaaS solutions, preferably in the childcare, education, or related industries. US Sales Expertise : Familiarity with the USA market, including sales techniques, customer behavior, and business etiquette. Demo Experience : Demonstrated ability to deliver compelling product demos and articulate the value proposition effectively. Night Shift : Comfortable working night shifts to align with US business hours. Communication Skills : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a consultative approach to sales. CRM Knowledge : Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms. Target-Driven : A track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and KPIs. Experience in the childcare or education software industry is a plus. A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Knowledge of tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other prospecting tools. Competitive salary and commission structure. We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Representative (BDR) to expand our presence in the USA market.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead Generation & Outreach : Identify and engage with potential clients in the USA market through email, calls, and LinkedIn.
- Product Demos : Conduct high-quality product demonstrations tailored to the needs of prospects.
- Pipeline Management : Maintain a robust sales pipeline by qualifying leads and setting up meetings for the sales team.
- Market Research : Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment on sales goals and campaigns.
- Client Relationship Management : Build strong relationships with potential clients, fostering trust and interest in our software solutions.
