Job Description :

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Team Lead – Recruiter to manage and guide our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in end-to-end recruitment, team coordination, and client interaction.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead, mentor, and guide a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets.
Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Allocate requirements among the team and monitor progress.
Ensure quality and timely delivery of profiles to clients.
Train new recruiters on tools, sourcing strategies, and recruitment best practices.
Track recruitment metrics and prepare reports for management.
Stay updated with market trends and innovative hiring techniques.

Skills & Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Minimum 2 years of proven experience in recruitment (IT / Non-IT).

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.

Proficiency in job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
