Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Trainer (DSA) located in Coimbatore. The Senior Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering curriculum focused on Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA). Daily tasks include conducting training sessions, mentoring students, evaluating student progress, and providing feedback. The Senior Trainer will collaborate with other trainers and curriculum developers to ensure training programs are up-to-date and effective. Additional responsibilities include creating and maintaining training materials, tracking student performance, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA)
• Excellent presentation and public speaking skills
• Experience in training, mentoring, and evaluating students
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with other trainers and curriculum developers
• Proficiency in creating and maintaining training materials
• Experience in the tech industry or academia is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
