  • Sales & Customer Engagement :
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty.
  • Handle high-value transactions with professionalism.
  • Product & Market Knowledge :
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of jewelry products, including materials, gemstones, and design styles.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
  • Educate customers on the unique benefits and details of jewelry pieces.
  • Store Operations & Merchandising :
  • Ensure the store environment is clean, organized, and features attractive jewelry displays.
  • Assist with inventory management, stock checks, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Uphold brand merchandise standards and ensure security of high-value items.
  • Customer Service & Issue Resolution :
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Handle customer complaints, returns, and exchange requests efficiently and professionally.
  • Gather customer feedback to contribute to business improvement.
  • Team Leadership & Training :
  • Train and mentor junior sales assistants.
  • Lead by example in achieving sales goals and providing excellent service.
  • Reporting & Analysis :
