Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Delhi, India for a Presales Executive (Technical). The Presales Executive will conduct lead generation activities, provide support in responding to request-for-proposals (RFPs), and develop technical solutions to meet client needs. Responsibilities include collaborating with the sales team, presenting solutions to potential clients, and addressing customer queries with professionalism and technical expertise. This role plays a pivotal part in building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Lead Generation and a proven ability to identify and target potential clients
• Strong Communication skills, including the ability to effectively articulate technical solutions
• Experience in Sales and a customer-focused approach to business development
• Familiarity with preparing and responding to RFPs, along with exceptional presentation skills
• Knowledge of Customer Service and relationship management strategies
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• Prior experience in a presales or technical sales role is preferred but not required
