Job description8+ years of experience in Data Science / AI, with 3+ years leading AI / ML teams or projects. Proven expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and Generative AI (LLMs). Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency in frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers. Hands-on experience with fine-tuning, RAG architectures, prompt engineering, and LLM evaluation. Knowledge of vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, Milvus) and embedding-based search. Practical experience with MLOps, containerization (Docker), CI / CD pipelines, and model deployment on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure). Strong analytical thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver AI solutions from prototype to production at scale.
We are looking for an AI Lead to drive innovation, strategy, and delivery of cutting-edge AI solutions across multiple domains. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on expertise in AI / ML / GenAI with strong leadership skills to guide teams and deliver impactful business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI / ML / Generative AI solutions across diverse business domains.
- Provide technical leadership on LLMs, Generative AI, NLP, Deep Learning, and Machine Learning projects.
- Oversee end-to-end AI lifecycle – from data collection, preprocessing, model design, fine-tuning, evaluation, to deployment and monitoring.
- Drive initiatives on LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, embeddings, and model evaluation frameworks.
- Guide the adoption of vector databases, APIs, MLOps practices, and scalable cloud-based architectures.
- Mentor and lead a team of data scientists and ML engineers, ensuring best practices in experimentation, reproducibility, and model governance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business problems into AI-driven solutions, aligning with organizational strategy.
- Stay ahead of emerging AI trends, tools, and research, and integrate them into enterprise solutions.
