Role Overview

We’re looking for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator with at least 1 year of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will coordinate between clients and internal teams, assist in marketing activities, and play a key role in client communication and lead management.

Key Responsibilities :

Coordinate with clients and internal teams for project updates and requirements.

Assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns.

Generate and follow up on leads via calls, emails, and meetings.

Maintain client databases and prepare regular reports.

Support the sales team in proposals, quotations, and presentations.

Ensure smooth communication and workflow between departments.

Requirements

Maximum 1 year of experience in sales coordination, marketing, or client servicing.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.

A proactive attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
