• Coordinate with candidates for interviews and manage interview schedules.
• Support in creating and posting job descriptions on multiple platforms.
• Maintain and update the recruitment database.
• Assist in pre-screening activities and follow-ups with candidates.
• Research HR best practices, tools, and market trends.
• Provide support in daily HR operational activities.
