Graffeo Cloud Solutions is a boutique cloud consulting agency specializing in systems architecture, development, and automation. We design and deliver end-to-end business solutions for clients across the U.S. and abroad using Zoho, Microsoft, Qntrl, Skyvia and other leading cloud platforms.

We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee client projects from planning through delivery. This is a full-time position based in India working closely with our U.S. team. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of project management experience, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a strong ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.

What You’ll Do

• Manage 5–10 client projects concurrently , ensuring timelines, deliverables, and budgets are met.
• Coordinate between internal teams, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
• Create project plans , task assignments , and progress tracking using MS Planner and Project Plan 3.
• Prepare and deliver weekly internal reports and weekly client status updates summarizing progress, risks, impact, and next steps.
• Assist in preparing quotes, proposals, and budgets based on discovery inputs and client requirements.
• Lead client meetings and status calls to maintain alignment and ensure satisfaction.
• Monitor project risks and proactively address potential delays or scope changes.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline project workflows and communication.
