Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in New Delhi. In this role, the Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and securing sales opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Responsibilities also include delivering product presentations, understanding and addressing client needs, and working collaboratively with other team members to drive sales growth. Providing exceptional customer service and participating in sales training sessions are key aspects of this position.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, including the ability to build rapport with clients and respond to inquiries effectively.
• Experience in Sales and Sales Management with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to undergo and deliver Training sessions for team members or clients as required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Relevant experience in real estate or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
