Accounts & Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Work extensively on  MS Excel  (reports, data management, formulas).
• Draft and manage  professional email communication .
• Handle  cloud-based accounting software  (QuickBooks / Zoho / Xero / similar).
• Support bookkeeping, reconciliations, invoicing & documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams for daily operational requirements.

Requirements

• 1–5 years  of experience in accounts / operations.
• Strong knowledge of  Excel  & business email etiquette.
• Good understanding of  cloud accounting software .
• Excellent  English  (written & spoken).
• Well-organized, reliable, and able to work independently.
• Comfortable with a  hybrid work model .
