Location : Jaipur

Process : Banking (Domestic)

Key Responsibilities :

Manage day-to-day operations for the Banking process, ensuring excellence in delivery and performance.
Lead, motivate, and guide teams to achieve operational and client KPIs.
Analyze performance metrics and implement effective action plans for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency.
Ensure adherence to compliance, quality, and process standards.

Required Skills & Experience :

Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Operations Management (preferably in Banking / Financial domain).

Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
